Just curious - what's the elevation of that lake? And of the ridgeline in the background?

Occasionally on another seaplane forum, I come across threads about seaplane operations on Lake Tahoe on the California-Nevada border in the western US. IIRC the elevation of Lake Tahoe is 6,800 feet MSL and that has a big impact on both engine power and seaplane performance.

Also, if you can give an estimate, how big is the whole General Aviation fleet in Switzerland and of those how many are seaplanes?
