Thanks Mr W and Tasse, yes Mr W you are right, should have been in the 1939-1945 section, never mind.

Not seen the 4 blade prop before.

Correctly it should be the Vickers-Supermarine Type 309 Sea Otter.
First flight of this Walrus development was 23 September 1938 but a production order was not placed until 1942 (speedy!).

I understand that the production versions were actually built at Cowes by Saunders-Roe 1943-46, 292 built.
