Any photos, plans, drawings, directions, helpful hints on visting places where flying boats have been operated from historically, or are being operated from today. I am always interested in receiving 'Then & Now' type photographs to assist current day visitors to these place. I'm trying to record the best places to visit before they disappear for ever.

Interesting to note that there is not a pair of running shoes (trainers) and a t-shirt on any of the people in these pictures. Suits and ties all around. The wildest one being the wide striped sports jacket in an early shot. Times change.

I actually updated the source of those posts some time ago, including considerably larger-sized images and many more added.
I'll post the larger-sized version to a fresh thread with a warning that it is a very large download.
