Definitely not my area of specialisation... so, might be egg on the face here... tail "colours" look French... the yacht on the far left of the pic looked quite old too... tried for Latham 43 but uncertain as engine was supposed to have been radial; a Latham 42 had a V engine?, but as this one is displaying Le Tricolore... HB3...?
