I can't take the credit for finding the Flight article, it was a guy on another forum where I posted the question.

My best plane (out of 3, Savoia S.21, Nieuport-Delage Sesquiplan and Supermarine S.6B) this year was the Nieuport-Delage. It was beaten by a S.21 and another Nieuport-Delage. My worst plane this year was my S6B because of lack of flight training.
The Pegna is pretty experimental, and did not meet the contest this year.
