The 1926 event was again in the U.S.A at Hampton Roads Virginia. It was won by the Italian Macchi M.39.

The last event, which was not a contest, was held at Calshot in 1931. There were no other contestants as the French were having last minute problems with there engines and the Italian aircraft were not ready.
I have always felt that this was shameful on the part of the English as they had the S 6b fly the course and claimed the trophy outright for England. It would have been a gentlemanly act to run the contest in 1932 to enable the other countries to compete.

Supermarine S 6b. (S1595).
