Unknown Japanese 20s seaplane

Found it! It's German torpedo bomber Gotha WD.11 from 1917. Thus it should go the thread up (sorry for the mess).

Also, I have just learned that the national insignia of the model linked in my first post of this thread, are rather early Royal Dutch Army ones instead of Japanese, as I tried to guess in the title of this subject. To demonstrate their neutrality during the WWI, the Dutch marked their aircraft with orange discs on the wings and rudder (then repositioned to the fuselage, while the rudder was painted orange). In 1921, this Dutch marking was abandoned and they adopted segmented-circle system, as we know it nowadays.
