Pacific Island Seaplanes in the Fiji Islands is for sale

The company is a Charter Airline, Flying 3 Amphibious Seaplanes and 2 Wheel Planes in the Fiji Islands, based at Nadi airport.

The aircraft are in Excellent condition and the company that owns a hanger & office building also operate a JAR 145 Maintenance facility and check-in counter facilities at Nadi International Airport.

Pacific Island Seaplanes is the largest sea plane charter business operating in Fiji and have arguably, the best Charter Licenses to operate there - operating non-scheduled general seaplane & wheel plane charters to and from any airport or body of water in the Fiji Islands.

The airline has excellent revenues, good profits in conditions of 300 days VFR Weather and there is lots of room for expansion as this airline runs the best of services to Island Resorts and comercial airports in Fiji.

Fiji is a safe place to live being based in Nadi town.

The company currently operates 5 airplanes. Three of which are sea planes and two are traditional twin engine planes.

*
Two De Havilland Beavers, one of which has just completed a top to bottom rebuild. This plane is basically brand new. The other is well maintained and used daily.

*
One De Havilland Otter with Turbine engine. Also well maintained and operated daily.

*
Two Britten-Norman Islanders, one of which is leased to the business.

*
Included in the business are several hundred thousand dollars worth of aircraft spares parts

*
A charter license and office base in Nadi

*
A maintenance hangar with all tool requirements and components.

*
Several vehicles in the business fleet.

This is a turn key operation with the company's proven track record and the potential to expand is a certainty, as this airline has little competition with Seaplane charter business in Fiji which is of particular importance to the many small island resorts in Fiji.
