TASSE

Thank you dear Sir, The scale is 1/48 there big. It took me a long time to buyild these I am primarly a Scratch builder I build kit also I have a few more i will post on the thread. I guess I posted them on the right page. I love flying boats they have a romance of a bygone Era. when I was 12 years old in 1954 My Father was a stationed at Pear Harbor being a Naval dependant he sent for me and my Pregnat mother to join him there, We took the Hawaii Mars Man what a plane she was huge I never seen a plane this big before. When I was a little younger My first plane ride was in a old DC3 Dakota the DC3 was a Piper Cub compaired to this Behemoth. As of now I am building a Airfix 1/72 Sunderland flying boat I got this kit in 1957 LOLllllllllllll it was cheap it cost 49.0 cents what a plane for chump change. I held on to it not ewanting to build it I might bring in some cash. But 70 year old I better build it it is not going any where bit in into my collection. stay Tune TASSE I will post a couple more on this thread. thanks for your Reply
