New Book notice !

A new book on the Goose, Widgeon and Mallard is coming in February.

THE GRUMMAN AMPHIBIANS - Goose, Widgeon & Mallard

Fred J Knight with Colin R Smith

The 448-page A4 book is illustrated by over 700 photos, drawings and maps, including two 16-page colour sections, and with appendices covering the detailed history of each of the 721 airframes built, including the French-built SCAN-30 Widgeons, the book provides the reader with the most comprehensive coverage of these iconic aircraft available hitherto.

Published Air-Britain, the price it not yet set and TBA later.

I can't wait ........

FINALLY! We've been waiting what Bill? Something like 3 years now for Fred & Colin to get that book finished and to the publisher....

I am SO looking forward to getting my copy! :D :D :D

I can tell you that I finally received my copy of Fred Knight's new book...

and about all I can say is...

WOW!!!!

It's gorgeous and so absolutely slam-packed with data and details - beyond my wildest imagination!!!

It looks to me as if all you other Grumman fans can just throw away your old copies of
Mitch Mayborn's Grumman Guidebook
or
Steve Ginter's Naval Fighters 63 Grumman Goose
'cuz they be obsolete now!
