I believe that it is marked with a UK price of just a hair under £50 - you know, something like £49.96

I brought it to work yesterday to peruse during lunch break, but left it at home for safe-keeping today. If nobody else posts it n the meantime, I'll post the ISBN later tonight...

The UK price is £49.95 or £34.95 for Air Britain members (includes free postage). UK Membership starts from £20/year which gives you discounts on all the book range, a Quarterly magazine and access to the ABIX forum online. Overseas membership is £28....Mick details p3 here http://www.air-britain.com/booklist.pdf

Received my copy of "The Grumman Amphibians" a few days ago. Amazing amount of detail. Great picture of two of our machines on the cover.

I purchased a copy of this book directly from Air-Britain as soon as they released it.

You can order it from HERE.

And like somebody else, all I can say is WOW!! This book is absolutely amazing. The ultimate Goose, Widgeon & Mallard reference book (I've also owned a copy of “Grumman Mallard - The Enduring Classic” since it was published in 2006, although that is a much more specialist book about a single type). And I can confirm that in the Introduction chapter of the book, it states that a second volume covering the 464 examples of the Albatross will eventually be published.
