Supermarine Secret Projects - Flying Boats

Postby schneiderman » Mon Mar 28, 2022 5:16 pm

Just published by Morton Books is my latest title, Supermarine Secret Projects Vol1 - Flying Boats. This is in what they call 'bookazine' format 130 pages in A4 format. Although this (obviously) covers the same flying boat projects as in my earlier book Beyond the Spitfire this has the advantage of scale drawings at a larger size and more detail on many projects. At £9.99 it is worth adding to your library (but then again I would say that)

Cheers

Ooh! That looks interesting!

After the book was printed I noticed that the publisher's layout artist had messed up the 3-views on page 117, omitting the one for the project used for the cover image and duplicating one of the others. I've made a corrected version of that page in pdf, but of course this forum will not allow that to be added as an attachment to a message, same for doc files. If there is a way around that I don't know what it is so if anyone buys a copy of the book and contacts me I will send the corrected page
