'Emily' and 'Mavis' manuals wanted.......

Postby seawings » Wed Feb 09, 2011 8:41 pm

Hi All,

Have any of you ever heard of, seen, or actually have Flight Manuals or Maintenance Manuals, or indeed anything on the Japanese H6K ‘Emily’ flying boat of WWII or the H8K ‘Emily’ flying boat by any chance…?

Cheers,
Best Regards,

Bryan,
I hope you find something on these aircraft someday. I would like to see them also with a little luck. I also would like to see the Emily in a book called Maru Mechanic. There was an issue with Emily

Hi Bob,

I have that book and others as well. Email me off board and I'll send it to you.

I have always thought that there MUST have been a Flight and Maintenance manual for the Mavis, just as good as the US or British equivalents. It remains for me the flying boat 'Holy Grail'..............
