To the best of my knowledge, the London flypast is still scheduled for tomorrow evening at around 19:00hrs although the weather forecast is not particularly good (albeit pretty benign by Battle of Atlantic standards :D . The conditions may be a bit testing for the Swordfish which is due to lead the flypast.

Fingers crossed.

Hi David,

the weather may have been a bit of a challenge but not half as much as having to watch the One Show!

And I could've punched the presenter when he described 'Lusty' as a boat!!!!!

Anyway it was great to see the Big Cat in action.

Regards

Thanks Reggie - weather conditions were bit challenging although nothing compared with the Battle of the Atlantic itself! Anyway mission accomplished and well done to the pilots. A couple of shots I took...

Hi David,

Superb shots - thanks for posting them.

Question: what's the little black gizmo stuck to the cabin window?

It was for private use only - the co-pilot was testing out some new gear.
